- Preliminary study to develop the basic pre- design and engineering Standards.
- Preparing detailed design drawings, technical specifications, bills of quantities and the like for the purpose of inviting bids for the supply of goods and materials, and the execution of construction works.
- Preparing shop drawings to the 1:1 scale.
- Supervising and inspecting work on site, controlling contractors’ labor as well as issuing instructions, checking application for payment.
- Monitoring and reporting progress.
- Advising, recommending, and evaluating contractors’ claims.
- Measuring and agreeing contractors’ final accounts.
